Freshdesk Outage Affecting Klevu Support Portal

The earlier issues with our support portal and ticketing system, caused by a Freshdesk outage, have now been resolved. Access to help centre articles and support tickets is fully restored and functioning as expected.

Dear Customer,

We are currently experiencing issues with our support portal and ticketing system, which are powered by Freshdesk. This is due to an ongoing outage with Freshdesk services. As a result, access to help center articles and the ability to raise or respond to support tickets may be impacted.

We are actively monitoring the situation and are in touch with the Freshdesk team for updates. We’ll share more information as it becomes available.

Please note, there is no issue with Klevu search services as it’s only impacted our Support portal.
